My old driveway was in terrible shape. They tore up the old asphalt in a couple hours and did all the rest the next morning in about 4 hours!! They definitely know what they’re doing and answered all my questions. The clean up was impeccable!! Even cleaned up the street and curb area where their vehicles were parked! Highly recommend 👍😁

Submitted project on home advisor. Went with Perla. They were friendly and up front. We had to push the paving date back because of weather. No issues. They paved a larger driveway area and did a fantastic job. Before starting, The guys even moved some sod for us - very nice!

We made a change the day of the paving. This caused them to move around their schedule but they did it! We came in over project budget but this was because of the change we made.

Overall, the pave job is AWESOME. We referred them to our neighbors and they are using them. I would highly recommend them.

In a time when materials and workforce issues often cause delays and quality concerns, Perla seems to know how to overcome these obstacles. I share a driveway with three neighbors. Leonard and his crew were always in touch with us and listened to and addressed our concerns. In 4 or 5 days, they pulled off a project I figured would take a week or longer. Even with a day of rain in the mix.

Perla was available right away for an estimate on a driveway replacement. They worked with me on the price and some additional options for a separate area I needed to be covered. Scheduling was prompt, and the employees were all very friendly and professional. They did a great job, had great communication/response time, and I got a beautiful new driveway! I'm so happy I found Perla Paving! We have a circular driveway with a small business on site. Our driveway needed a complete rebuild and base added before re paving. Perla was the only company that provided references without my asking. Did a follow up with both, and with that checking out great and Perla's quote coming in the lowest it was sounding to good to be true, but it was. After incurring a few delays, understandably, mainly due to issues most businesses are dealing with in the current times, Leonard insisted on going over and above to compensate saying that it was not their "normal". Perla is a small business that is all about quality and complete customer satisfaction with the reviews to back them up. As do the many complements from my customers. Perla repaved our driveway earlier this summer. We were very impressed with their attention to detail both before and during construction, and with their willingness to help with concerns we had. Both Leonard and Dan (owners) were here, working with their crew during construction. They took great care to respect our property and to do the job as previously agreed. A problem developed when the county had a paving company come through to repave the road past our house. Dan responded immediately when contacted. He contacted the county and paving company and all involved met at our house the next day. The paving company admitted their mistake and a proper solution was orchestrated, thanks to Dan's organization of a meeting of those involved. Because of their prompt response to our request for a quote, their meticulous attention to detail, the quality of the materials used, and their prompt response to the problem that occurred, we would recommend Perla to anyone looking for a paving company.

Did a great job on my DRIVEWAY

They had to remove a old cement floor that was very thick. Ill bet the guyes are still sore from that! Very friendly company to work with . The cleanup after the job was also excellent Would HIGHLY recommend PERLA. The neighbors are also checking out my driveway

Perla Asphalt excavated and graded my driveway and put down 4 dump trucks full of TB stone to give me the best driveway I have ever had. They are professionals in what they do and very competitive in their pricing. Not only are they outstanding in the quality of their work, they are respectful and considerate in how they treat their customers. They did everything they could to please me and did extra things I had never expected because that is just how they are. I am a loyal customer now because of their work ethic and their integrity. I am not one to write recommendations. I believe if you do your homework you will find an honest partner and you will get what you pay for and that’s it. If you don’t, it’s on you. However, from time you will find someone so exemplary you just have share your experience. This is what happened with Perla. After initial contact the estimate came with a photo of our home from Google Maps. To me, this indicated that someone was actually looking and making an assessment. Not just a number based on estimated square feet. The owner (Leonard) made it clear that this was just an estimate and he was open to negotiating if I felt the price was unfair. I felt that our drive way was in reasonably good shape and we easily arrived on a price that I felt was more then fair as well as a date and time for the work. And then, they came on time, they were thorough, applied the sealer precisely, i.e. no mess, no splatters and took the time to effectively patch areas that were overlooked / ignored by the company we hired 2 years earlier. I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend Perla to anyone looking to enhance the curb appeal and value of their home.
